Kerach Go

Kerach Go is a free, open-source tool that applies animated shader effects to text, with the whole app contained in a single HTML file. It is made by developer Northstrix and released under the MIT licence, although some of the bundled shaders carry non-commercial licences, so check them before using the output commercially.
